Problem
Ruth’s Chris Steak House has long enjoyed a strong brand. Countless people around the world immediately recognize the Ruth’s Chris logo and other imagery commonly used in the restaurant’s offline advertising. Online, however, the brand had not been as strong.
Solution
The Netcom Group created a strategic online plan that incorporated primary elements of the existing Ruth’s Chris Steak House offline brand but updated it for the web. We sought to develop a website that recreated the famous convivial experience enjoyed by patrons at Ruth’s Chris. Using scintillating photography, rich design and spot-on copy, we created a website – www.ruthschris.com – that perfectly match the restaurant’s attitude and allure. This new website – seductive and sophisticated like the restaurant – captures perfectly the “sizzle” of the restaurant, and allows for quick and easy online reservations. Subsequently, with partner Endai Worldwide, Netcom created and implemented a strategic online media plan, targeting users to drive online reservations.
Results
Aside from the site’s visual beauty, aside from its effectiveness in accurately capturing the Ruth’s Chris dining experience, the site has been successful in driving business for Ruth’s Chris Steak House.
